Getting to Fenway Park

Public Transportation – From Hilton Boston Park Plaza

  1. MBTA Green Line (Subway/Tram) – Most Efficient:
  • This is the standard “local way” to the ballpark.
  • Departure: Walk about 5 minutes to the Arlington station.
  • Route: Take any outbound Green Line train (B, C, or D branch) to Kenmore station.
  • Arrival: From Kenmore, follow the signs (and the crowd) for a short, 5-minute walk to Fenway Park.
  • Cost: $3

2. Bus

  • The Line 55 bus departs from Saint James Ave. @ Arlington St. and arrives near the park at Ipswich St. @ Lansdowne St. in approximately 12–15 minutes, though service is less frequent than the train.

3. Walking

  • The walk is approximately 1.5 to 1.7 miles and typically takes 30–35 minutes.
  • The route along Boylston Street takes you through the scenic Back Bay neighborhood.
