Getting to Hilton Boston Park Plaza Hotel

✈️ Arriving by Air (Boston Logan International Airport)
Distance to hotel: ~4 miles (15–30 minutes depending on traffic)

  1. Logan Express (Recommended):
    • Cost: Free from Logan Airport to Back Bay; $3 for the return trip to the airport.
    • Route: Board at any terminal curb. Get off at the first stop, Back Bay Station (Stuart Street near Dartmouth Street).
    • Walking Distance: The hotel is approximately a 2-3 block walk from the Back Bay Station drop-off.
    • Frequency: Services depart every 30 minutes between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., 7 days a week.
  2. Rideshare (Uber / Lyft) – Most Convenient
    • Estimated Cost: $20–$35
    • Pickup: Designated rideshare areas at each terminal
    • Drop-off: Directly at hotel entrance
    • Best for: Quick, door-to-door convenience
  3. MBTA Public Transit
    • Silver Line (SL1): Take the SL1 bus from any terminal to South Station (free from the airport).
    • Transfer to the Red Line toward Alewife and get off at Park Street or walk about 10–15 minutes from South Station.
    • Blue Line: Take the free airport shuttle bus (Route 22, 33, or 55) to Airport Station.
    • Take the Inbound Blue Line to Government Center.
    • Then transfer to any Green Line westbound train and exit at Arlington Station, which is one block from the hotel.
  4. Taxi
    • Estimated Cost: $30–$40 (including tolls & tip)
    • Travel Time: 15–25 minutes
    • Available at all terminals.

📍 Final Tip

  • Boston is a historic city with narrow streets and heavy traffic at peak times. If you’re arriving during rush hour, rideshare or public transportation may be faster than driving.

Located in Tower Building on the Second Level

FROM TOWER BUILDING:

  • Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level 2, edit and head west (toward the mountains), there is a large foyer space with high vaulted ceilings. This is the South Convention Lobby where you will check in at the event and get your nametags and breakfast and lunch will be served.
  • Grand Ballroom Foyer is ahead on your left, up a small set of stairs.
  • Grand Ballroom I is through the doors to the left. The Showroom and Vendors will be set up here.
  • Grand Ballroom II is through the doors to the right. The Main Stage and Awards Dinner will be here.

FROM PLAZA BUILDING:

  • Take the Plaza Guest Elevator to level 2, exit and cross the sky bridge.
  • Head west (toward the mountains), there is a large space with high vaulted ceilings. This is the South Convention Lobby where you will check in at the event and get your nametags and breakfast and lunch will be served.
  • Grand Ballroom Foyer is ahead on your left, up a small set of stairs.
  • Grand Ballroom I is through the doors to the left. The Showroom and Vendors will be set up
  • Grand Ballroom II is through the doors to the right.

FROM TOWER BUILDING:

  • Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level M, exit and head toward the open area
  • Turn right to reach Gold, Century, and Spruce. Silver is directly ahead.

FROM PLAZA BUILDING:

  • Take the Plaza Guest Elevators to level 2, exit and cross the sky bridge
  • Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level M, exit and head toward the open area
  • Turn right to reach Gold, Century, and Spruce. Silver is directly ahead.

On Tuesday, some sessions will take place in the South Convention Lobby.

Located in Tower Building on the Street Level

FROM TOWER BUILDING

  • Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level S, exit and head away from the stairs towards Zoup
  • There is a hallway to the right of Zoup, follow the signage and continue down the hallway
  • Entrance to Parlur will be at the end of the hallway

FROM PLAZA BUILDING

  • Take the Plaza Guest Elevators to level C, exit and go across the Concourse Level following signs to Tower Building
  • Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level S, exit and head away from the stairs towards Zoup
  • There is a hallway to the right of Zoup, follow the signage and continue down the hallway
